HOW TO MAKE A RETURN: *Please make sure your return meets requirements*

To issue a return, e-mail with the subject 'RETURN'. Please include:

  1. Your order number
  2. Name of the item you want to return
  3. If you would like store credit or refund to your original payment
  4. Do you need a shipping label sent to you? ($4.00 will be deducted from your order if you use our shipping label)
· Securely pack your order. If you use your own shipping label, send package to:


· If you chose the option for Pre-Paid Label to be sent to you, it will be sent through e-mail within 24 hours. NOTE: $4.00 for shipping will be deducted from your return if you choose to use our label. We currently use USPS (package with our label can be left for your mailman or dropped at the Post Office)

· If you choose to use your own shipping method, please make sure you have a tracking number. We are NOT responsible for your lost package.


If You Chose Store Credit:

Your store credit will arrive via e-mail in the form of a gift card code to be used at checkout on your next purchase. Store Credits never expire!

If You Chose a Full Refund:

We will notify you via e-mail when we have issued the refund back to your original form of payment.  Posted times may vary depending on your financial institution. 

Exchanges: Due to a limited amount of inventory per style, we cannot offer exchanges at this time. We recommend to place a new order and submit a return form for the item you would like to return.
