Once an item is determined eligible for a refund, we offer a FULL REFUND or STORE CREDIT (whichever YOU choose!) within 14 days of the item arriving to you. Items past the 14 days will not be eligible for a refund or store credit- no exceptions. Accessories (jewelry, scarves, hats, etc.) & Sale Items are FINAL SALE
